About Me
Experience
I have over 20 years of experience in the field of psychotherapy including eleven years within the NHS. I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, relationship issues and loss of meaning in their life. I am also an associate lecturer at Regent's University so I understand many of the challenges facing a young person finding their feet in the world.
