Initial Session

I see all clients for an introductory session which is a chance for you to tell me a little about what brings you to therapy and for us to ensure that we are comfortable working together. It is an opportunity for you to voice your troubles and expectations for therapy, as well as discuss any anxieties and questions you may have. I will also explain my policy on confidentiality, fees, cancellations and appointment times. The fee for this initial session is the same as for any ongoing session set out below.

Individual Counselling

I see individuals (age 18+) for counselling and psychotherapy. Sessions last for 50 minutes. My fee is £110 per session.
