The initial session is an opportunity for us to meet and discuss what brings you to counselling or therapy, what you’d like to get out of the sessions, and whether you feel comfortable in therapy with me.

27 Avenue Mansions, 499 Finchley Road, London NW3 7AX (corner of Cannon Hill NW6 and Finchley Road, opposite Heath Drive, NW3.)

There is free parking on the Finchley Road for one hour at designated places until 4pm. There is also free parking on Heath Drive and Redington Road, except 12.30pm to 2.30pm.

It is a 15 minute walk from Finchley Road underground station and a 10 minute walk from West Hampstead underground station.
